• Respite Care - home based or community based relief care
• Home Maintenance - handyman service for minor or major modifications
• Community Transport - Assistance with transport to appointments
• Meals on Wheels - replacement meals delivered to the home
• Advisory Service - Assistance or advice on where to receive help from other community based services
